When I try to log in, it says "Account not activated".

In order to activate your account you must click on the link provided in the activation e-mail. Please check your e-mail inbox as well as your junk folder for a message from "WMD Registration" with the subject "Your WheresMyDeal.com Account Activation" and follow the link to activate your account.

When I try to register, it says "User already exists".

This means that your e-mail address has already been registered with WheresMyDeal.com. If you have not yet activated your account click here. If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it click here.

When will my gift certificate(s) come in the mail?

Your gift certificate(s) will not be mailed to you. Sign-in to your account and download/print your gift certificates on-line. It's easy, just purchase, print, and enjoy.

How do I download or print my gift certificate(s)?

You can download/print your gift certificate(s) from your "My Account" page. Sign-in and click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. To go sign-in and go directly to your account page click here.

Help! I can't print my gift certificate(s).

To download and print your gift certificate(s) you must have Adobe Reader® installed on your computer. To get the latest version click here.

If you are able to download and view your certificate(s) but cannot print your certificate(s) you may need to update your printer drivers or try printing from another printer.
